You have 30 days from your date of purchase to obtain a refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that you do wish to make a return, simply contact our customer care department via email at info@lastingmerino.com. Please explain the reason for your request and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Place the item back in the box and afix the return label. Please remember to cover up the old tracking barcode. Aso, remeber to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference. It's that easy!
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please be pacient as sometimes this can take some time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the event that you do not have a trackable shipping service.
